Publication Production Coordination
VC Print manages the production of three primary ACAP publications that support reporting, outreach, and resource distribution across Aroostook County. Each piece is produced according to established timelines, and distribution needs to ensure accuracy and dependable delivery.

Production Management and Quality Oversight
For every project, VC Print prepares a detailed cost estimate and works with specialized trade-only printers selected for the required production type. Vendors are chosen based on format, quantity, turnaround time, and budget to ensure the best balance of quality and value. Production schedules are developed around ACAP’s required in-hand dates, providing clear expectations and dependable delivery.
Before files are released to print, layouts are carefully reviewed to confirm they meet all printer specifications, including bleed settings, margins, pagination, image resolution, color setup, and binding requirements. Once in production, each job is monitored through completion, and tracking information is provided upon shipment. This comprehensive oversight reduces risk, prevents costly errors or reprints, and ensures that every finished piece meets professional standards.
